Seven Part Virtual Performance Series

I was invited to curate a series of panels on Socially Distanced Live and Virtual/Remote Performance for the March 2021 virtual conference. I put together all of the panel topics, invited session chairs and panelists, including many prominent and upcoming leaders in the field, including David Zucker Saltz, Sarah Bay-Cheng, Tei Blow, Katherine Freer, Brittany Bland, Hana Sooyeon Kim, Marla Schweppe, Kiira Benzing, Sadah Espii Proctor, Katie Pearl, and Clem Harrod.

Virtual Performance Series: History, Theory and Current Practice Roundtable

While the Covid-19 worldwide pandemic has thrust theatre makers into creating for virtual platforms, artists and creative technologists have been creating in virtual spaces using various forms of telepresence and co-presence for decades. This round table of historians, theorists and theatre makers offers a foundation on the history, theory, and current practices in remote and virtual performances.
